By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
Bookings and Tickets
• Participation in the cruise is free, but bookings are required to secure a seat.
• Each person may register for one cruise session only. Duplicate bookings may be cancelled.
• Tickets or booking confirmations must be presented upon boarding.

Arrival and Boarding
• Passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Late arrivals may lose their reserved seats, which may be reallocated to others waiting on the day.
• All passengers must follow the safety induction provided by the crew before departure.

Children and Accessibility
• All passengers, including infants and children, must be registered and hold a ticket.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times during the cruise.
• Please inform event staff in advance of any accessibility needs so that appropriate support can be arranged.

Safety and Conduct
• Passengers must follow crew instructions at all times for their safety and the safety of others.
• The organisers and operators reserve the right to refuse boarding or remove any person behaving in an unsafe or disruptive manner.
• Alcohol, smoking, and hazardous items are not permitted on board.

Cancellations and Changes
• If you can no longer attend, please notify us at jrpagfootscray@gmail.com
as soon as possible so your place can be offered to someone else.
• The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule cruises in the event of severe weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Liability
• Participation in the cruise is at your own risk.
• The organisers, Maribyrnong City Council, JRPAG Inc., and event partners accept no liability for loss, injury, or damage sustained during participation.
