Refund, Transfer, Reschedule, Participation, and Liability Policy
No Refunds:
All bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued.
Ticket Transfer: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying the organiser at least 7 days before the event.
Reschedule or Cancellation:
If the organiser must reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled date.
Right of Refusal:
The organiser reserves the right to refuse or remove a participant if deemed unsuitable for the event. This ensures the well-being of all attendees. A full refund will be issued only if the refusal occurs before the event starts.
Personal Responsibility:
Participants are responsible for assessing their own mental and emotional suitability. The organiser and facilitators are not medical professionals, psychologists, or psychiatrists.
The retreat does not diagnose, treat, or substitute for professional therapy.
Liability Waiver:
The organiser is not liable for any psychological, physical, or emotional outcomes. Participants must seek appropriate professional support if needed.
