1. Ticket Purchase
All tickets must be purchased through TryBooking.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
MindWise Learning Collective is not registered for GST - No GST is included in the price of the ticket.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
This event is non-refundable from the time of purchase, but you may transfer your ticket to another participant.
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by MindWise Learning Collective, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to a new date.

3. Transfers and Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in writing at info@mindwiselearningcollective.com.au prior to the event.

4. Event Changes
MindWise Learning Collective reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, presenters, or venue if necessary. Any major changes will be communicated to registered participants as soon as possible.

5. Photography and Media
Photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Please let us know if you prefer not to be included.

6. Liability
MindWise Learning Collective accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings during the event.
By attending, participants agree to take responsibility for their own wellbeing and participation.

7. Privacy
Your personal information is collected for registration and communication purposes only and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Professional Disclaimer
This professional development event is educational in nature and is not a therapeutic or clinical service.
While the presenters are registered psychologists, participation in this event does not constitute psychological treatment, counselling, or supervision.

9. Attendance by Current or Past Clients
To maintain professional and ethical boundaries, current or past clients of MindWise Learning Collective (or any of its psychologists) are not automatically eligible to attend this event.
