• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administration fee(from full fee).
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event start date are non-refundable.
• Requests for cancellations, transfers, or credits must be made in writing via email to the RA Resus Skills Hub administration team.
