AQUA BIKE HIRE SAFETY RULES

*Ride at own risk
*maximum weight per bike is 180kg
*maximum 2 persons per ride
*minimum age to ride is 3Yrs old
*children 3-12yrs must ride with an adult (16yrs plus)
*no changing riders during ride time
*all riders must wear a life jacket (provided by us)
*remove all valuables before riding. Operators are not responsible for any loss or damage whilst in our business
*no Bumping
*no Bouncing
*remain seated at all times
*failure to adhere to safety rules, induction guidelines and staff directives will incur immediate forfeit of ride with no refund

AQUA BIKE HIRE PATRONS RIDE ON THIS RIDE AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ON THE CONDITION THAT YOU HAVE NO RIGHT OF ACTION AGAINST THE OWNER OR OPERATOR OF THIS RIDE OR THEIR SERVANTS OR AGENTS FOR ANY INJURY TO YOU OR PERSONS OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO ANY PROPERTY. IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW THE INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE IS CAUSED, EVEN IF IT IS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR BREACH OF CONTRACT OF THE OWNER OR OPERATOR OF THIS RIDE OR THEIR SERVANTS OR AGENTS.

Opening days/times subject to change due to weather conditions. Prior notice will be given to the best of our ability, with refunds issued as required. Days predicted as high percentage chance of rain/storms we will not open. Days predicted at 35degrees and over we will not open. Days declared as “Extreme” and/or “Catastrophic “ under Fire Danger Ratings we will not open. Days declared as “Total Fire Ban” we will not open.

Please be advised that photos and recordings taken during your visit with Lakeside Paddleboats Pop Up Pty Ltd must be used for personal purposes only. You must not use these photos or recordings for any commercial purpose whatsoever without written consent. Purchase of ride is acceptance of these conditions and acknowledgement of consent that your image may be recorded by other persons.
