1. The Old Convent St. Arnaud has 2 levels. The top level is accessed vis a staircase. There are no elevators.
2. All accommodation is located on the top floor.
3. The Nun's quarters are the only private rooms. 6 rooms with a double bed. Couples or guests that do not mind sleeping in the same bed who request these rooms will be allocated to these rooms. Once filled the Priest's room and the Dormitory are the only rooms available.
4. The priest's room holds 3 queen beds.
5. The dormitory holds 2 separate rooms and an open room with queen and single beds. The 2 separate rooms - 1 with a double bed and a single bed and the other with one double bed. The dormitory - 2 queen beds and 4 single beds.
6. If you do not request an area or an area fills up, we will appoint a bed to you.
7. Alcohol before the investigation is not allowed. Sensible alcohol consumption after the investigation is allowed. If you are drunk, you will not be able to take part in the investigation.
8. Drugs are not allowed under any circumstance. You will be removed from the premises.
9. Violence, harassment and bullying are not allowed. You will be removed from the premises if you exhibit any of these behaviours.
10. Be respectful of what the Convent stands for. Any disrespect to the convent and the nature of the convent will be removed from the building.
11. Ouija board and scrying mirrors on requests of the owner, are prohibited.
12. At this point accommodation doors are not lockable. Please do not bring any valuable with you and if you do, please keep them with you at all times. Paranormal Adventures Australia will not be held responsible for any items stollen or Brocken.
13. If any guest breaks anything, the guest will be liable to replace or pay for the item that has been broken.
14. If any guest is steels any property that belongs to the convent or Paranormal Adventures Australia, will be prosecuted and banned from the convent and any PAA events.
15. We always endeavour to ensure the safety of all our guests. Some areas, especially the staircases can be dangerous. We are not liable if anyone hursts themselves through their own fault.
16. All guests must be over the age of 18. If we believe you may be younger, we will ask to see photo ID.
17. Paranormal Adventures Australia and The Old Convent owner reserve the right to not allow entry.
