Full refunds (minus $15 administrative fee) available until 31st December 2025.
No refunds from 1st January 2026. You can contact us to arrange a pass transfer to someone else, and they can pay you for their pass. If you're unable to attend at last minute, please email us your circumstances and include any relevant medical certificates/documents, and we will assess on a case-by-case basis AFTER the event.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
