Kin Program Terms and Conditions - 2026
1. Program Fees
Fees for Term 1, 2026 are:
Toddler Program: $595 per term
Infant Program: $450 per term
Fees are reviewed annually and may change to reflect staffing, resource and operational costs.


2. Multi-Term Bookings
If you book more than one term in the same transaction, you may pay the 2025 prices, which are:
Toddler Program (2025 rate): $565 per term
Infant Program (2025 rate): $420 per term
To access this price freeze, simply select multiple terms when booking (use the ‘back’ button in TryBooking).
Booking only one term will attract the 2026 fees:
Multi-term bookings may be transferred to a later term (subject to transfer conditions below) but are otherwise non-refundable and not eligible for credit once the first booked term begins.
This price freeze will expire on 31 December 2025


3. Payment Options
All bookings are made through TryBooking.
All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking, except for in-person payments, which have one business day to be finalised.
Unpaid or incomplete bookings may be re-released to the public.

a. Paying through TryBooking (standard option)
If you complete payment directly in TryBooking:
You will be charged a 2.5% merchant fee plus a $0.50 booking fee.
No promotional code is required.
Your booking is confirmed once payment is processed.


b. Paying In Person at Kin
(Available Monday to Thursday, 8 am – 4 pm at 8 Wellington Street, Bondi)
To use this option:
Select your session on TryBooking.
At checkout, enter the promotion code INPERSON.
Attend the school and complete payment within one business day.
All in-person card payments incur a 1% merchant fee.
Please ensure KIN + your child’s full name is written clearly on the back of the merchant copy of the receipt.
Important:
If payment is not completed within one business day, your ticket will be re-released.
The Kin Program Coordinator will assist you with completing your transaction.

c. Paying by Bank Transfer
To use this option:
Select your session on TryBooking.
At checkout, enter the promotion code BANKTRANSFER.
Complete your bank transfer immediately.

Reference: KIN + your child’s full name (for example, KINZARASMITH)
Important:
Bank-transfer bookings are not confirmed until payment has cleared.
Tickets will be re-released to the public if payment is not confirmed within 24 hours.
To expedite confirmation, please email a screenshot of your transfer receipt to under3@montessori.nsw.edu.au.


4. Cancellations, Transfers and Make-Up Sessions
Cancellations
Withdrawals before the term begins may receive a refund.
Once the term begins, refunds are not available except in extenuating circumstances (for example, illness or family emergencies) at the discretion of the Montessori East Business Manager.
Unused term bookings have no credit value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or future-term enrolment.
Families must notify Kin via email if they are unable to attend their booked term, even if this falls outside the make-up notification period.


Transfers
A transfer to a different term may be requested if notice is given before the term begins.
Transfers depend on availability and must be used within 12 months.
Transfers apply only to the booking — they do not create a monetary credit.


Make-Up Sessions
Make-up sessions are available when Kin is notified via email by 9 pm the night before the scheduled session.
Make-ups must be taken within the same term, subject to availability.
Unused make-up sessions have no cash value, cannot be credited, and cannot be rolled over.


5. Attendance and Participation
Only the named child on the booking may attend the program.
One adult may attend Toddler sessions.
Up to two adults may attend Infant sessions.
Different adults (parents, grandparents or carers) may attend across the term with the same child.
The Kin Program is a parent education program, and the attending adult remains responsible for supervising the child at all times.
Families are asked to notify Kin via email if they are unable to attend a booked session.


6. Program Continuity
Kin reserves the right to adjust session times, staffing or delivery methods (for example, moving a session online) due to unforeseen circumstances.
If Kin must cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable make-up, a refund or credit will be provided for that session.

7. Privacy
Personal information is collected solely for enrolment, communication and program administration.
Families may be contacted via email or WhatsApp for program updates.


8. Liability
Kin sessions are designed as parent-attended education sessions.
Parents and carers remain responsible for supervising their child at all times.
Montessori East is not liable for personal items lost or damaged during attendance.


TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
