*Refunds*
No refunds are available within 72 hours of the event.
Refunds are available on medical grounds only, and apply only to the original ticket purchaser.
A valid medical certificate and proof of ticket purchase must be provided to request a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed after the event has concluded and may take up to 7 - 10 business days after the event date to be issued.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the event organiser.
