Entrants must be a registered adult (18+) member of an Australian rowing club. The event is intended to be a recreational picnic regatta & as such is a ‘fun’ event. While every effort will be made to make all handicapping and rulings fair and accurate our scoring and judging panel’s decision will be final. No further correspondence will be considered once their rulings have been delivered. There is no process for protest or complaints.

There will be two safety marshal boats on the course - one at the start & one at the finish. Their directions are to be followed at all times.

There will be an assessment made 48 hours prior to the event regarding weather. If the forecast looks unsuitable for rowing a ‘heads up’ will be sent 48hrs prior with a final decision made 24hrs prior to the event. A full refund less booking fee will be returned in this event.
