• Bookings are confirmed once full payment is received
• No refunds for early bird or standard bookings
• Cancellations with 14+ days’ notice may be eligible for a credit toward a future event
• Credits are issued at organiser discretion
• Spaces are allocated on a first-paid basis

By booking, stallholders agree to all terms listed above.
Once spaces are filled, bookings will close.
