This event is hosted by Kyneton Paranormal and involves participation in a guided paranormal investigation conducted at the historic Maryborough Town Hall. Guests will use ghost-hunting equipment and explore areas of historical and spiritual interest under supervision from our experienced team.

2. Age Requirement

This event is open to ages 16 and over.
Any attendee under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the entire duration of the event.
3. Risk Acknowledgment
Participants acknowledge that paranormal investigations may involve:
Low light or dark environments
Uneven flooring, steps, and confined spaces
Emotional or spiritual experiences that may cause distress
By attending, you accept these risks voluntarily and agree to participate at your own discretion.
4. Behaviour
No alcohol or drugs permitted before or during the event.
Anyone under the influence will be refused entry without refund.
Respect must be shown to the venue, staff, investigators, and other guests at all times.
5. Liability Waiver
By attending, you agree that Kyneton Paranormal, its owners, staff, contractors, and venue representatives accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, injury, illness, damage, emotional distress, or death that may occur before, during, or after the event.
You acknowledge that your participation is entirely voluntary and that you waive any and all claims, now and forever, against Kyneton Paranormal and its representatives, whether arising in contract, negligence, or otherwise.
6. Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event of official cancellation by Kyneton Paranormal.
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date.
7. Recording & Photography
By attending, you consent to being filmed, recorded, or photographed during the event and grant permission for Kyneton Paranormal to use such material for promotional purposes.
8. Health & Safety
Please advise staff of any mobility, medical, or personal concerns prior to attending. Sensible footwear is essential.

By attending this event, you fully release and discharge Kyneton Paranormal and all associated persons from any and all claims or liabilities, known or unknown, arising from your participation—now and forever.
