Refund policy
A full refund can be reimbursed up to two weeks prior to the event. After this time a refund will incur non-refundable operational costs (50% of ticket cost) unless you can replace yourself, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Waiver and Indemnity
In order to participate, all attendees are required to agree to a waiver. This document will be distributed at the time of the welcome letter in late February 2026.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
