Time Policy: All lessons are run on time. Arrive early to prepare, go to the toilet etc
If you're running late, this will be deducted from your lesson duration.
All lessons include horsemanship sessions

Cancellation and Wet Weather Policy:
Staff will continue to work during wet, hot and cold weather. You will be expected to ride in the rain.

In the event of temperatures over 35 degrees, storms, lightening or thunder; Horsemanship Lessons will take place instead of Ridden Lessons. Clients are expected to attend these lessons as they are exceedingly important to learn how to work safely and care for your horses.
A range of topics will be covered, suitable to the level/age of the clients and are hands on and educational.
If you choose to cancel, you will forfeit your lesson as the fee.

Cancellations for Kids Club:
As this is a private prepaid event, we will NOT offer any cancellations/refunds/make up sessions.
If you cannot make it then you will still be charged.
Our staff are paid regardless of you showing up. Please advise us as early as possible that you will not attend so we can ensure our staff can plan.

As we run to a set term curriculum, it is important for your child's progress that you try to attend all sessions so they don't miss out in progressing each week in their learning.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
