Open Gardens SA is a not-for-profit organisation overseen by a dedicated committee of volunteers. The organisation actively promotes the benefits of gardens and gardening and donates money raised from events to many horticultural and community projects.

No dogs at this event. No smoking or vaping on site.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Unfortunately, no refunds are offered where the event goes ahead and you choose not to attend.

Refunds on completed bookings will only be given if the event is cancelled.

If the event is cancelled, we will contact all ticket holders by email or phone to offer a ticket for another session time, subject to availability or a refund (Refunds are exclusive of any booking fees). If you choose to accept an exchange, we cannot offer a refund at a later date.

WEATHER:
Outdoor events go ahead, rain or shine. Please bring suitable clothing or protection from showers and hot or cold weather.

However, if the weather makes the event dangerous or the authorities declare catastrophic fire danger, Open Gardens SA will postpone the event to a new date or cancel.
