Please read the following carefully before purchasing your ticket:
Entry & Venue Access
• Valid ticket must be presented for entry.
• No Pass outs – once you're in, you're in.
• Club opens at 12:00 PM and closes at 7:45 PM.
• Bistro opens at 12:00 PM, last orders at 7:00 PM.
• This is a family-friendly, licensed event. ID may be required.

Refund Policy
• No refunds under any circumstances, including illness (e.g. COVID or flu).
• The event will proceed rain, hail, or shine.
• In the unlikely event of cancellation by organisers, a refund policy will be advised at that time.

What You Can Bring
• Small camping chairs and picnic blankets welcome.
• Small nibbles (chips, dips, crackers, etc.) are permitted.
• Strictly no BYO alcohol, soft drink, bottled water, or external catering.
• Bags will be checked upon entry.

Food & Drinks
• A selection of food trucks will be on site throughout the day.
• Club bar and bistro will be open for additional food and drinks.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
