By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organizer.
All purchases of tickets and armbands are NON REFUNDABLE.
1. Rides supplied by Amusement Solutions Pty Ltd T/A FUN TIME AMUSEMENTS.
2. NO REFUNDS - Armband and ticket sales are final. We will not refund purchases. Please ensure online bookings are checked before finalised as no refunds will be given for purchase errors. No exceptions.
3. All riders receiving an armband must be present at the time of collection. It is the policy of Fun Time Amusements for our staff to attach all armbands to riders. No armbands will be distributed to parents to attach. No exceptions.
4. Children must be supervised at all times.
5. Follow operators' instructions at all times!
6. No rough play, fighting or tackling.
7. No sharp objects, food, Lollie's, gum or drinks on any ride.
8. No shoes on inflatables
9. No sitting, climbing, standing on walls or playing on steps.
10. No somersaults or flips
11. In purchasing armbands and/or tickets you agree to these terms and conditions. if these conditions are not met, and you fail to listen to the operator's instructions, you will FORFEIT your ride with NO REFUND received.
12. By entering the premises of Gladstone Family Carnival, you accept all liability for the failure to adhere to ride safety instructions, by signage and/or operators, resulting in injury or death.
13. THE OPERATORS DECISION IS FINAL!
14. Please note that by entering this event/area, I understand that I or my child/ren may appear on camera, and hereby consent to the reproduction and use of my photograph, image, voice or reproduction thereof, either in whole or in part to be used by Fun Time Amusements and/or Amusement Solutions Pty Ltd for advertising or promotional purposes without limitation or reservation.
