By purchasing a ticket to the Pretty Pine Ball, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Ticket Purchase
2.1. Tickets can be purchased online.
2.2. All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted unless the Event is cancelled or postponed.
2.3. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.

Event Details
3.1. The Event will take place on Saturday 28th March 2026, at The Pretty Pine Hall, located at 54 Edward Street, Cobb Highway, Pretty Pine, NSW, 2710.
3.2. Doors open at 6.30, and the Event will conclude by midnight.
3.3. The organiser reserves the right to change the program, venue, or timings without prior notice.

Ticket Use
4.1. Each ticket admits one person only.
4.2. Tickets are non-transferable.
4.3. Attendees must bring a valid ticket (printed or digital) along with valid photo identification to gain entry.
4.4. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
4.5 This is Strictly an over 18 event.

Entry and Conduct
5.1. Entry is subject to security screening and compliance with venue policies.
5.2. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or illegal.
5.3. Consumption of alcohol is governed by venue regulations and applicable laws. Intoxicated persons will be refused entry or removed.

Liability
6.1. The organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred at the Event except where required by law.
6.2. The organiser is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to the Event.

Photography and Media

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
