At this stage refunds are not offered for this event unless it is cancelled by the event organiser.
The tickets are normally NOT transferrable to other events. Special considerations however may apply and to be discussed with the host.

Event will be cancelled if the weather conditions are extreme/not safe.
We will go ahead if the forecast is for not more than 5mm of rain.
