SPECIALTY WINE TOURS -TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Bookings for tours or events can be made by simply booking on-line or alternatively over the phone 0400 101690 or by email admin@specialtywinetours.com.au

2. On-line booking payments will be accepted by credit card or gift certificate redemption. A booking is not confirmed until confirmation is received and full payment made.

3. Cancellation Fees-
Full tour cost will be refunded less the booking fee charges if cancellation is made up to 30 days prior to departure.
If cancellation is made within 21 days from departure date 50% refund of full tour cost will apply less booking fee charges.
If cancellation occurs within 14 days from departure date 25% refund of full tour cost will apply less booking fee charges.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days from departure date no refund of full tour cost will apply.

In relation to the Tasmania or Coonawarra (SA) tours cancellations made within:
30 days of tour departure date 50% of full tour cost plus booking fee will be refunded
21 days of tour departure date 25% of full tour cost plus booking fee will be refunded
14 days of tour departure date no refund of full tour cost will apply.
It is strongly recommended that travel insurance is arranged by guests travelling on our tours to help cover you for any last minute cancellation fees.


4. For each tour a waiting list will be created for those who may have missed out due to tour being booked out.

5. Tours will leave according to times stated on our itineraries and will not wait for “latecomers”.
We accept no responsibility for passengers failing to be at pick-up points at designated
times. No refund will be provided for passengers who miss our tours.

6.. We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property or any damage caused by one of our passengers
visiting venues whilst on our tour.

7.. Passengers boarding our tours must be able to prove they are over 18 years to consume alcohol
at the wineries when requested by staff of Specialty Wine Tours or by the venues we
visit.

8. Service of alcohol may be refused to persons deemed intoxicated. Responsible Serving of
Alcohol Laws and regulations apply.

9. Wineries do not have BYO licenses, therefore you may not bring your own alcohol for consumption
unless authorised by management of Specialty Wine Tours to consume elsewhere.

10. Code of Conduct : Person/s causing a nuisance to other passengers may be asked to leave
the vehicle. Specialty Wine Tours will not be liable for any expense incurred by the passengers
should this occur. Uncontrollable and disruptive drunken behaviour will not be tolerated.
Wineries reserve the right to refuse service and entry. Disruptive persons will not be allowed
on the bus.

11. Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted on our vehicles, or at the wineries/tour
venues.

12. We reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary without notice.

13. We reserve the right to use alternate vehicles and operators other than those supplied upon
pick-up if a breakdown occurs. Delays to or re-scheduling of the itinerary may result if this is
the case.

14. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient passenger number and a full refund
applies.

15. Specialty Wine Tours or any associated companies assume no responsibility for loss, injury,
sickness, death, damage, delay or irregularity to any of our passengers that may have been caused or
arising during any tour under its management, sponsorship, procurement or otherwise.

16. Smoking is not permitted on our vehicles or inside winery/tour venue buildings.

17. We reserve the right to change dates of tours due to circumstances and events held in various regions

18. Consumption of BYO alcohol and food aboard the buses is not permitted unless approved by management of Specialty Wine Tours.
