Booking & Payment
All bookings are final. No refunds or transfers will be issued once a ticket is purchased.
By booking, you acknowledge that your spot prevents another performer from attending, and you commit to honouring your registration.
Media & Photography
The workshop will be photographed and/or filmed.
By attending, you grant permission for Elevate Eisteddfod to use images, video, and audio of you for promotional purposes across social media, marketing, and related materials.
Workshop Participation
Certain workshop activities involve singing. Participation in singing exercises is optional but encouraged.
All attendees are expected to engage respectfully and constructively.
Etiquette & Behaviour
You are entering a culture of nurturing, collaboration, and support.
Negative behaviour, bullying, harassment, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
Anyone exhibiting such behaviour will be asked to leave immediately, and their ticket will be forfeited without refund.
Health & Safety
Attendees must follow all safety instructions provided by staff.
Any medical conditions or special requirements should be communicated in advance.
Responsibility & Liability
Attendees participate at their own risk. Elevate Eisteddfod and its facilitators are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the workshop.
