Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel due to illness/public health & safety, a refund will be available as long as you advise Swing Patrol via text to 0412 309 311 before 9am on the day of the event.

Cancellations for reasons other than illness/public health & safety: As the venue has a fixed capacity, refunds are not possible without 48 hours notice, as we may have turned away other dancers and need time to give others the opportunity to snap up your spot. Thanks for understanding. Where applicable, a full or partial refund (less administration fee) may be available up to 11am on the Thursday prior to the workshop. Text Swing Patrol on 0412 309 311. After 11am on the Thursday prior to the workshop, no refunds will be issued.
