📝Hobby Con Australia – Terms and Conditions:

🎟️Ticketing and Entry
- Tickets available to be purchased online and at the door. Tickets at the door are $20. Cash & card options available. Tickets are limited, so if sold out, door sales will not be available.
-All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
-Children 12 and under are FREE but must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian and must be supervised at all times by parents or guardians.
-Wristbands must be worn visibly throughout the event.
-By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

📋Code of Conduct
-Respect all attendees, staff, and exhibitors. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
-Cosplay is welcome, but costumes must be family-friendly and comply with venue safety rules.
-No real weapons or dangerous props allowed. All props must be approved at the Prop Check station.

📷Photography and Media
-By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed by official media teams. These may be used for promotional purposes.
-Personal photography is allowed, but always ask permission before photographing individuals or their cosplay.
-Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval from event organizers.

📝Venue Rules
-Follow all instructions from venue staff and security personnel.
-Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are prohibited inside the venue.
-Keep aisles clear and respect fire safety protocols.

🏥Health and Safety
-If you feel unwell, please notify staff or visit the First Aid station.
-Emergency exits must remain unobstructed at all times.
-Attendees must comply with any public health guidelines in effect at the time of the event.

📄Liability
-Hobby Con Australia is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
-Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own belongings.

🔄Changes and Cancellation
-Event schedule and guest appearances are subject to change without notice.
-In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and refund procedures will be outlined.
