By submitting this entry for Sail Peninsula 2026, the Owner / Skipper / Crew;
- agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing, the Notice of Race (NOR), the Sailing Instructions (SI) and any amendments issued by Safety Beach Sailing Club as the Organising Authority
- acknowledge that participation is entirely at their own risk, confirm that the boat complies with all eligibility, safety and insurance requirements stated in the NOR
- accept that the Organising Authority, host club, sponsors, race officials and volunteers accept no liability for personal injury, death, or loss or damage to property arising before, during or after the event -
- acknowledge that entry fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in the NOR,
- acknowledge that entry fees are non-transferable, unless approved by the organising authority;
- consent to the use of names, boat details and images for event administration and promotion, and inclusion in a public entry list
- agree that these terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
