Enrolment Fees and Policy - Enrolment form and fees are submitted in full before the commencement of classes. Enrolment is done on a per term basis, with 8 weeks per term.

Attendance - Students are expected to attend all 8 classes per term. Any lessons due to school events will be resheduled. If your child is going to miss a lesson due to illness or misadventure, notice needs to be provided ideally the day before or 8am on the day of their scheduled lesson. The made-up lesson will be offered face to face or via zoom if need be. "Missed" or "Forgotten" lessons cannot be made up.

Parent/Teacher Communication - Your child will be provided with a Hennessy Speech and Communication Textbook. They are to bring this book to class each week. Parent correspondance will be noted in the workbook.

Eisteddfods are conducted generally in term 2. A.S.C.A Examinations are conducted in term 4. Students are required to prepare for these exams at home. Parents are asked to support their children by listeing to their exam pieces. These exams incurr and aditional cost.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
