* No outside colour (powder) is allowed inside the venue.
* No alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances are permitted.
* No complimentary colour is included with the ticket; colour must be purchased inside the venue.
* Security will conduct bag checks for safety and compliance.
* All children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.

*Safety & Conduct*

* Visitors must follow all instructions provided by event staff, volunteers, and security personnel.
* Unsafe behaviour, disorderly conduct, or harassment of any kind will result in removal from the event premises.
* Colour powder provided at the event is non-toxic and safe; however, individuals with respiratory, skin, or allergy conditions should take precautions.
* The organiser is not responsible for any damage to clothing, personal belongings, or electronic devices caused by colour, water, or weather conditions.

*Entry & Participation*

* Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
* Entry will only be granted upon presenting a valid ticket (printed or digital).
* Re-entry may be restricted based on crowd capacity and safety considerations.
* The event may include loud music, water-based activities, and crowded areas. Please participate according to your comfort level.

*Photography & Media*

* The event will be photographed and filmed.
* By entering the venue, attendees grant permission to use their images for promotional and marketing purposes.

*Weather & Event Management*

* The event will proceed in most weather conditions; however, in cases of extreme weather or safety concerns, the organiser may adjust timings or cancel activities.
* Management reserves the right to modify event programming without prior notice.
