All tours are conducted outdoors around the paper mills site. Walking along some sloping pathways will be required. Sturdy walking footwear is recommended. Please notify your tour guide if you have any special access requirements or concerns.
All tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled by the organiser. If a tour is cancelled due to weather or other conditions, ticket holders will be offered a future date or a refund.
