Rock Revival (“Event”) is presented by the City of Gosnells (ABN 18 374 412 891) of 2120 Albany Highway WA 6110 (“City”).
These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of all tickets and cover both purchase and entry to the Venue. The City may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time. By purchasing tickets after the Terms and Conditions have been amended, you agree to the variation.
By purchasing tickets, Patrons accept and agree to the following conditions:
1. Tickets must be produced for all event attendees including parents, carers and spectators.
2. Children under 18 must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Tickets are limited to 4 per person.
3. The City of Gosnells accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage incurred by attending this event.
4. Rock Revival is a smoke free event. Smoking is not permitted in the event zone, (including the use of e-cigarettes).
5. Patrons who are deemed to be intoxicated, cause a disturbance, are offensive, discriminatory, display anti-social behaviour, use foul or abusive language, make racial or threatening remarks or gestures, or refuse to comply with reasonable requests by event staff will be evicted.
6. The City of Gosnells reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, patrons carrying any items which could compromise security or safety, or cause injury or public nuisance.
7. Patrons are permitted to bring food and unopened, non-alcoholic drinks into the event. Glass (including bottles or drinking glasses), alcoholic beverages and sharp, metal utensils (such as knives) are NOT permitted and will be confiscated. Bags and eskies may be checked for compliance.
8. Tickets may not, without the City of Gosnells’ written consent, be on-sold at a premium, offered as a prize or inducement, packaged or otherwise used for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes. The City of Gosnells reserves the right to refuse admission to the bearer of any ticket sold or otherwise provided or distributed in breach of this condition.
The City will not be held liable in the event an unofficial ticket is purchased through an unauthorised ticketing outlet. The City has the right to refuse entry into the event and to cancel any tickets that have been re-sold or unofficially distributed at their discretion without refund.
9. A wristband will be provided to all ticket holders and should be worn at all times. Wristbands will be required to access the toilets on the outer perimeter of the event.
10. The Event shall proceed “rain or shine” unless conditions become dangerous. Should the Event be cancelled, rescheduling is not guaranteed. In the event of a rescheduled performance, tickets will remain valid.
11. The City collects your personal information in case of an event cancellation or change. If you fail to supply sufficient and appropriate contact information, the City is not responsible for failure to notify you.
12. Restricted Capacity: you acknowledge that there may be restricted capacities at some of the Event’s areas. Once the maximum capacity is reached in these areas there will be no further admissions. Your purchase of a ticket to the Event does not guarantee admission to these areas in such cases.
13. Patrons bringing personal belongings into Rock Revival do so at their own risk. The City of Gosnells will not be held responsible for any damages to, loss or theft of a patron’s personal belongings.
14. The City cannot guarantee that all Patrons will have a full and unimpeded view of the performance.
15. Patrons may be filmed, recorded or photographed during the event and these images or recordings may be used for any purpose, including media, marketing or promotional purposes, without payment of any kind. Entry to Rock Revival shall be deemed consent to the City of Gosnells’ use of these photographs and video recordings, unless otherwise notified in writing by a patron.
16. No unauthorised professional audio, video or photographic recordings of the artists’ performance are permitted.
17. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept Trybooking’s and the City’s Terms and Conditions in your personal capacity, the capacity of any person in which tickets are intended for and on behalf of any accompanying minor.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
