By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

Please ensure you have read and understood cancellation policy:

After enrollment - a refund will be provided less administration fee of 10%
60 days before practical day - 50% refund
6 weeks before practical day - no refund (online material will have been distributed)
If host organiser can fill cancellation with new student, a refund will be provided, less administration fee of 10%.

Notice of cancellation must be provided to the host organiser via email and will be confirmed via reply email. The host organiser cannot accept responsibility for correspondence that is delayed or for failure of delivery.

In the unlikely event the course is cancelled by the organisers, registration fees will be fully refunded. No liability will be accepted for travel, accommodation or other costs / expenses incurred by participants.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
