We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By submitting your details, you also agree that we may collect and use your information to stay in touch about future Rowunion lunches, deliver the 2026 event, and improve your experience at our event.
3. We will also add your name to our list of tables published on the QRowunion website for the event. This makes it easier for you to know where you are sitting, who with and give you a heads up about people you may want to catch up with. If you prefer your name not to be published, just let us know at any time.
4. By providing your details here, you give your consent have your photo taken and these photos may be published on our QRowunion website. Again, let us know if you don't wish to be included by contacting the event organiser (Gary Merritt).
