Please arrive 5-10min early for your class as the class will start on time

Please don't print off your ticket - we will have a list of names of attendee's. Save the tree's!

Please bring a water bottle for each child to the class

Please dress your child/ren in comfortable sport clothes or leotards. No dresses, skirts, tights, jeans please.

Long hair must be tied up.

No dangly jewellery to be worn (stud earrings ok).
