**TERMS OF PURCHASE**
These terms apply to bookings for Self-Worth & Manifesting: Reclaim Yourself, presented by The Natural Health Option. By purchasing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.
**1. WORKSHOP BOOKING**
Your booking is for one named participant and includes both workshop days:
Saturday 21 November 2026, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sunday 22 November 2026, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Venue: Liefde Wellness Centre, 56 Harnett Drive, Seaford VIC 3198.
Places are limited to 10 participants. A place is confirmed once the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
**2. PACKAGE INCLUSIONS**
The Standard, Integration and Immersive Packages include only the services listed in the workshop description at the time of purchase.
Group Theta Healing sessions are approximately one hour and are conducted online or in person in groups of up to six participants.
Private sessions with Van are 90 minutes.
Follow-up sessions included in the Integration and Immersive Packages must be booked and used within six months after the workshop. Sessions are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The personalised flower essence blend is included only with the Immersive Package.
**3. PAYMENT PLANS**
Payment plans must be arranged directly with The Natural Health Option before purchasing.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the full balance must be paid no later than 14 days before Day One. Bookings made within 14 days of the workshop require full payment unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing.
If a scheduled payment is missed, The Natural Health Option will contact you and provide a reasonable opportunity to bring the payment plan up to date. If the balance remains unpaid, the booking may be cancelled.
Any refund of payments made under a payment plan will be determined by the cancellation provisions below and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
**4. PARTICIPANT CANCELLATIONS**
All cancellation requests must be made in writing through The Natural Health Option’s Contact page.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before Day One, you may request a refund or transfer your complete booking to another person.
Cancellations received within 48 hours of Day One and failure to attend are not refundable for change of mind. This does not exclude any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
No partial refund is provided if you arrive late, leave early or attend only part of the workshop for reasons unrelated to the delivery of the workshop.
**5. BOOKING TRANSFERS**
You may transfer your complete booking to another person by providing written notice at least 48 hours before Day One.
The replacement participant must provide their contact details and agree to these Terms of Purchase. A booking cannot be divided between different participants.
**6. INCLUDED FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS**
Follow-up sessions are scheduled directly with The Natural Health Option.
Any appointment cancellation or rescheduling conditions will be provided when the sessions are booked. Participants are responsible for arranging and using their included sessions within the six-month period.
Unused sessions expire at the end of that period and are not refundable for change of mind, subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
**7. CANCELLATION OR CHANGES BY THE ORGANISER**
If The Natural Health Option cancels the workshop and does not offer a suitable replacement date, you will receive a refund of the workshop amount paid.
If the workshop is postponed or moved to a materially different date or location, you may transfer your booking to the revised event or request a refund.
Reasonable changes may be made to the workshop timetable, activities or supporting facilitators where necessary. Participants will be advised of any significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.
The Natural Health Option is not responsible for separately booked travel, accommodation or other personal expenses, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
**8. WORKSHOP PARTICIPATION**
This is a personal-development and educational workshop. Individual experiences and outcomes will vary, and no specific personal outcome is promised or guaranteed.
You control how much personal information you share and may participate at your own pace. Please advise The Natural Health Option before purchasing if you have accessibility requirements that may affect your participation.
Participants are expected to treat facilitators and other participants respectfully and to protect the privacy of personal information shared within the group.
**9. FOOD AND PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS**
Morning tea and afternoon tea are included. Lunch is not provided, and participants must bring their own lunch.
Please notify The Natural Health Option of relevant dietary requirements or allergies before the workshop. While reasonable care will be taken, an entirely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
**10. RECORDING AND WORKSHOP MATERIALS**
Workshop materials are provided for the participant’s personal use and must not be copied, sold, published or distributed without written permission.
Audio recording, video recording, photography or recording another participant is not permitted without prior consent.
**11. PRIVACY**
Personal information collected during booking and participation will be used to administer the workshop, communicate with you and provide purchased services.
Separate consent will be requested before any identifiable photograph, recording or testimonial is used for promotional purposes.
**12. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW**
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
