1. This is an 18+ event.
2. Strictly no BYO alcohol or drinks and no glassware permitted on the premises.
3. Cashless event – EFTPOS only.
4. No refunds on tickets. If you can no longer attend, tickets are transferable. Email events@icsspandc.com with the new Table Captain’s name and updated ticketholder list.
5. The event organiser retains all rights to filming, photography, and video production.
6. Disruptive or unruly behaviour will result in removal from the premises with no refund eligibility.
7. Table numbers are final and cannot be changed due to logistics and pre‑ordered arrangements.
8. Smoking is prohibited on school property.
