All bookings are confirmed once payment has been received through TryBooking.

As venues require final numbers in advance, all bookings are considered final.

Cancellations & Refunds

* Refund requests made more than 14 days prior to the event will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the venue’s ability to refund costs.

* If a refund is approved, it will be less applicable booking and administration fees.
* Refunds **cannot be guaranteed** if the request is made **within 14 days of the event**, as venue charges may already be incurred.

Event Changes

* The School reserves the right to amend event details if required. Any significant changes will be communicated to attendees as soon as possible.

Photography

* Photographs may be taken at the event for use in school publications and online platforms. Please let a staff member know on the day if you do not wish to appear in photos.
