Cancellation policy:
1. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances by the Event Organiser, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.
2. Please note monies will not be carried over to future events, refunds will be issued.

Fetal Surveillance Education Program:
1. Due to the number of registrants booking into the FSEP workshops & not attending or informing the health service that they are unable to attend, ALL staff are required to pay the workshop fee on booking. Once attendance has been confirmed on the day of the workshop, a refund will be provided within 72 hours to LRH staff.
2. If you choose to attend an FSEP workshop at any other health service in Gippsland, you are required to pay the workshop fee. Once you have completed the workshop and exam, please submit your certificate, results & payment request form to your manager to receive your refund.
3. Receipt of your cancelation must be received 72 hours before the workshop. Failure to do so will incur the full cost of the workshop fee. Refunds will be provided at the absolute discretion of LRH Education Training Unit & must be submitted in writing. requests for refunds should be emailed to educationtrainigunit@lrh.com.au
