This workshop takes place outdoors at Victory Heights Park. Participants are responsible for their own sun protection, hydration, insect protection and general comfort. Please dress appropriately for outdoor conditions (hat, sunscreen, enclosed footwear) and bring water.

While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive environment, participants attend at their own risk. Please take care when moving around the site, especially on uneven ground, and be aware of your surroundings.

The event will proceed in suitable weather. In the case of severe weather or unsafe conditions, the event may be postponed, relocated or cancelled. Registered participants will be notified via email.

Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Please keep your personal items with you. The Gallery and facilitators cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.

If you feel unwell or unable to participate safely at any point, please step aside, rest, and notify a staff member or the facilitator.
