Our Cancellation Policy
The policy for prepaid bookings is as follows:
* If the booking is cancelled prior to a week before the event there is a full refund of the booking fee or deposit.
* If the booking is cancelled less then a week before the event there is a 80% refund of the booking fee or deposit.
* If the booking is cancelled 48hrs prior to the event there is a 50% refund of the booking fee and no refund of the deposit.

Our Covid Policy
* Shalom follows NSW Health recommendation that attendees get fully vaccinated and wear a face mask where they cannot physically distance.
* However it is not a condition of attending Shalom that attendees are vaccinated. 

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
