**Sip & Glam – Terms & Conditions**

**1. Booking & Payment**
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
- Bookings are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

**2. Cancellations & Refunds**
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
- If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours prior.

**3. Event Changes**
- We reserve the right to change the date, time, or location if necessary.
- If the event is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

**4. Inclusions**
- All makeup and tools required for the workshop will be provided for use during the event.
- A tips & tricks booklet and goodie bag are included for each participant.

**5. Safety & Responsibility**
- All products provided are used at your own discretion. Please advise us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities.
- We are not liable for reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of products during or after the event.

**6. Photography & Media**
- Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
- Please inform us prior to the workshop if you do not wish to be photographed.

**7. Conduct**
- This is an adults-only event unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to remove any participant behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

**8. Personal Belongings**
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

By booking your Sip & Glam ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
