Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations advised in writing 21 days prior to the Short Course / Workshop will be refunded in full.
2. Cancellation due to illness, supported by a medical certificate, will be refunded in full.
3. Cancellations received between 14 and 20 days prior to the commencement of the course will receive a 50% refund.
4. A refund will not be granted to any registrant that cancels up to 13 days prior to the commencement of the course, or fails to
attend.
5. Full payment is required upon course registration.
6. The Alfred Simulation Centre reserves the right to reschedule planned short courses. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, all paid
short course fees will be refunded.
7. Cancellations must be made in writing to c.admin@alfred.org.au or the listed course coordinator for the event.

Registration Transfers:
1. Same event on different date: Registrations may be transferred to the same event on an alternative date dependent on available
spaces, on written request up to 14 days prior to the event. This is only permitted once, per registration.
2. Same event different delegate: Registrations may be transferred to another delegate for the same event on written request up to
on written request up to 14 days prior to the event, otherwise it will be considered a cancellation. This is only permitted once, per
registration.
3. Where a registration is transferred, the Alfred Simulation Centre will not refund any monies – all negotiations and transactions
must be done between the relevant parties.
4. Transfers requests must be made in writing to either c.admin@alfred.org.au or the listed course coordinator for the event.

ALFRED SIMULATION CENTRE Rights & Liabilities:
1. Alfred Simulation Centre’s maximum liability is limited to the refund conditions above. Alfred Simulation Centre accepts no
additional liability for travel, accommodation or any other additional costs incurred. A medical certificate or unforeseen
circumstances does not change this liability.
2. Alfred Simulation Centre reserves the right to cancel any scheduled event up to 30 days prior to the event start date with a full
refund issued.
3. Alfred Simulation Centre will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying
persons or loss or damage to their personal property as a result of an Alfred Simulation Centre event.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
