APPLICATIONS
* Acceptance Criteria: Applications are reviewed at the discretion of Bendigo District RSL based on product type, quality, diversity, and availability. We do not accept stalls selling main food items (e.g., roast rolls, hot dogs). Our venue has a bistro and a spit roast in a marquee, serving food directly to guests. To avoid duplication, we limit the number of food vendors. Stalls selling donuts, sweets, and similar products are welcome.
* Final Decision: The management’s decision regarding application acceptance is final and not open for discussion.
* Stall Rental: Stall rental and position assignments are decided by management.
* Transfer Policy: Stalls cannot be transferred, sublet, or shared without written approval from management.
APPROVED PRODUCTS
* Originality: All products must be designed or created by the registered stallholder.
* Prohibited Items: Imported, wholesaler-purchased, or inappropriate products will not be accepted.
* Compliance: Stallholders must follow all relevant safety and compliance standards.
* New Products: Requests to add new products require written approval with accompanying photos.
* Presentation Standards: Stall displays and products must meet high-quality standards.

* Payment: Fees must be paid via direct deposit within 5 days of application approval.
* Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations made within 5 days of the market date.
