No refunds will be issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance.

Prices shown on promotional materials do not include GST, processing fees, or other applicable taxes. Final ticket prices may vary.

All attendees must conduct themselves respectfully. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the venue without refund.

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the venue or in any non-designated areas.

No outside food or beverages are allowed. Venue staff may check bags as required.

The event organisers and venue reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who appears intoxicated, aggressive, or poses a safety risk.

Photography or recording may occur during the event. By entering, you consent to potentially appearing in event documentation.

Event details are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Any updates will be communicated via official channels.

The event will proceed in accordance with all venue, safety, and legal regulations.

By attending, you acknowledge that you enter the event at your own risk and agree to follow all staff instructions.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
