Pricing & Payment:
All prices are listed in $Aus and include applicable taxes.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
Exchanges or transfers are at the discretion of the event organiser.
Event Changes:
The organiser reserves the right to change event details (date, time, venue) if necessary and only under extreme circumstances.
In case of significant changes, ticket holders will be notified via email.
Entry Requirements:
A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
The organiser may refuse entry for safety, security, or capacity reasons.
Liability:
The organiser is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage during the event.
Attendees participate at their own risk.

Personal information collected during booking will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and TryBooking’s terms.
Event Cancellation:
If the event is cancelled, refunds will be processed through TryBooking to the original payment method.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
