Cancellation Policy

If your child is sick or there is a family emergency let us know as soon as you can. We understand that life happens. If you can provide notice, and we can fill your spot, we will give a refund or credit of equal value that you can use for any of our future events. If we are unable to fill your spot we unfortunately wont be able to provide a refund. Our resources and staff are paid for the full day and we plan according to those booked in.

Wet weather
We are an 'all weather' program meaning that all our programs go ahead in wet weather if it is safe. We put up temporary rain shelters, but participants will very likely still get wet (usually by choice). Please ensure all participants are appropriately dressed and prepared.

Severe weather cancellation
If we need to cancel a session for the safety or participants, due to severe weather, including, but not limited to, thunderstorms, severe winds or flash flooding, participants will be offered a credit or make up session or refund.
If a session is cut short or cancelled halfway through due to a severe weather event or unsafe conditions, we are unfortunately unable to refund the days fees.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
