Event Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions
• No refunds will be provided if you are unable to attend or choose not to attend the event.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
• Children under the age of 12 will only be allowed at the discretion of management unless a child’s price is specified.
• Children between the ages of 12 and 18 may attend but must pay full price for their tickets unless a child’s price is specified.
• The full ticket price must be paid for all attendees, including carers, regardless of whether or not they are having a meal.
• We will make every effort to accommodate dietary needs specified at the time of booking. Special dietary meals provided may differ from what is listed on the menu.
• Dietary requirements must be specified at the time of booking, otherwise no guarantee will be made to accommodate them.
• Tickets must be paid for at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Seats will not be reserved without full payment.
• A non-refundable booking fee of $0.50 is applicable to all ticket purchases.
• In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organizers, a refund may be issued, excluding the non-refundable booking fee.
• Tickets are non-transferable to other events and cannot be exchanged.
• Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of your reserved seat without any refund.
• The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to the schedule, program, and venue.
• The seating plan is subject to change based on ticket sales and event requirements.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
