By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

1. Forget Me Not Theatre Shows does not offer refunds or exchanges if your personal circumstances change or if external factors (such as car trouble) affect your ability to attend or if your arrive after the advertised show start time.

2. Refunds or exchanges are only offered if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated and you cannot, or choose not to, attend the new arrangements, or where required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).

3. If an event is cancelled, you may need to formally request a refund so it can be returned to the original payment method. You must apply by the earlier of:
(a) four weeks after being notified of the reschedule or relocation, or
(b) 72 hours before the event.
If you don’t request a refund by then, you are considered to have accepted the new date or location and will no longer be eligible for a refund.

4. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the ticket (including fees or charges unless stated otherwise at purchase). Proof of purchase may be required. Unless required by law, we are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur, such as travel or accommodation.

5. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets will only be replaced if the ticket can be verified as authentic, you can provide proof of purchase, and you notify us within a reasonable timeframe before the event.

6. Please check the refund and cancellation policies of any travel, accommodation or other service providers you use when planning to attend an event. You might also consider taking out suitable insurance to cover losses if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or relocated.
