1. Ticket Policy

All tickets must be purchased through TryBooking.

Early Bird tickets are limited and available until sold out.

Buddy Passes allow entry for two people and must be used on the same event date.

Tickets are non-refundable, but fully transferable to another person if you can no longer attend.

If you need to transfer your ticket, please email us at [your email] with the new attendee’s name.

2. Event Changes

The organiser reserves the right to change the date, time, venue, or presenter if required.

If the event is rescheduled, all tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

If the event is cancelled entirely (not rescheduled), a refund will be issued.

3. Attendance Requirements

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get settled.

Attendees must bring a laptop or tablet with internet access (this is a hands-on workshop).

By attending, you agree to participate respectfully and contribute to a positive learning environment.

4. Photography & Media

Photos or short video clips may be taken during the workshop for marketing purposes.

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed in a general, non-identifying way.

If you prefer not to appear in any media, please let us know on arrival and we will accommodate you.

5. Liability Disclaimer

All information provided in the workshop is for educational purposes only.

The organiser is not responsible for any business decisions made using the information provided.

You are responsible for your own equipment and personal belongings during the event.

6. Health & Safety

If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and transfer your ticket to another person.

The venue complies with all required safety and accessibility standards.

7. Code of Conduct

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Anyone displaying inappropriate behaviour may be asked to leave without refund.

8. Privacy

Your details will only be used for event communication and follow-up resources.

We do not share your information with third parties.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
