Paynesville Classic Boat Rally Inc. Raffle – Terms & Conditions

The Paynesville Classic Boat Rally (PCBR) Organisation is a declared community or charitable organisation under Victorian law.

This Raffle is organised solely for the benefit of the Paynesville Classic Boat Rally Inc.
A maximum of 5,000 tickets at $5 per ticket are available for sale.
Tickets will be sold between 12 December 2025 and 1 March 2026.
The total value of prizes does not exceed $5,000.

Draw Details

The draw will take place on 1 March 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Gippsland Lakes Yacht Club (GLYC), Paynesville.
The winner will be selected by random draw. The result is final.

Prizes

The main prize is "Marion" a restored dinghy and trailer.
Pictures included in the listing show the prize during the restoration process and may not represent the final finished result.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless stated.
If a prize becomes unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.
Winners are responsible for any taxes or additional costs associated with claiming a prize.
* The Mariners Cove Accommodation Voucher offers 5 nights accommodation in a room of your choice. Choose from a waterfront motel room or a 2 bedroom apartment. This offer excludes peak periods. The offer expires 1/2/ 2027
Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified by phone or email.
Winning ticket numbers may be published on the event website or social media in accordance with Victorian raffle regulations.

Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner cannot be contacted within the timeframe required by Victorian gaming regulations, the prize may be forfeited or a re-draw conducted.

Governing Legislation

This raffle is conducted in accordance with the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic) and the Gambling Regulations 2015 (Vic).

Personal information collected through ticket purchase will be used solely for administering the raffle and communicating with participants.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
