Cancellations by Participant
• More than 21 days prior to the training:
Full refund available, minus a $50 administration fee.

• Between 7–21 days prior:
50% refund OR transfer to a future training

• Less than 7 days prior:
No refund available. Substitutions are welcome — another participant from your organisation may attend in your place.

Transfers
You may request to transfer your registration to a different training date (online or in-person) once, with at least 7 days’ notice. Additional transfers may incur a $50 admin fee.

Cancellations by Organiser
In the unlikely event that Jacqui Barfoot Training & Supervision needs to cancel or reschedule a training (e.g., due to illness, low registrations, or unforeseen events) participants will be offered:
• A full refund
OR
• The option to transfer to a future training at no additional cost.
By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
