By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Cancellations received at least 7 days before the booking date will be refunded or rescheduled to a different date.
If you need to cancel less than 7 days before the booking date, please contact us as soon as possible- we cannot guarantee we can reschedule or refund you at that time.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please ensure you select the correct ticket when booking. For any dietary requirements outside of vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, gluten free- please contact us directly.

CHILDREN
Children are welcome at our high tea events, however please note there is a pond, steps and gardens onsite and the venue is in close proximity to busy roads. You must supervise children at all times. Any groups with unsupervised children or children causing damage/injury to koi fish and/or equipment will be asked to leave.
