CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Cancellations up to 30th of March 2026 will be refunded fully, minus a $ 40 administration fee. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.
- Cancellations from 30th of March to 30th of April 2026 will be refunded 50%.
- Cancellation after 30th of April 2026 will not be refunded as we would have finalized our bookings.
- Registrations are not transferable.
